Florian Guillaume began his journey as a social entrepreneur at 18. In 2014, he co-founded Europe Tomorrow under a mandate from the European Commission to uncover and connect the grassroots initiatives reshaping Europe’s economy. Traveling across the continent with two fellow changemakers, he mapped over 2,500 pioneering projects focused on sustainability and social impact, turning Europe Tomorrow into a powerful tool for inspiring change. After this transformative experience, Florian shifted his focus to creating deeper, more impactful learning experiences, founding Tomorrow Expeditions, where he crafted immersive journeys designed to push leaders out of their comfort zones and inspire real action. In 2017, he partnered with journalist Coralie Custos Quatreville, whose investigative expertise brought depth to their shared vision, and together they co-founded in:Expeditions, merging storytelling and inquiry with transformative design. Today, in:Expeditions leads the way in custom learning journeys for major corporations and family offices, setting a global benchmark for experiences that challenge assumptions, inspire change, and reimagine leadership.
